Agreement
These Terms apply to the game VEILHORDE by Tagongo Games, including its online card duels (VEIL DUEL), and add to the general Tagongo Games Terms of Service (https://tagongo.com/terms). If they conflict, these Terms apply to VEILHORDE. By playing online you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy for the game (https://tagongo.com/veilhorde/privacy).
Licence
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the game on your devices for your own entertainment. You may not copy, sell, rent, reverse-engineer or modify the game, except where the law allows it.
Age
The game is intended for players aged 13 and over. Players younger than the age of digital consent in their country play in a limited mode without online duels, and need a parent or guardian to make purchases. Parents are responsible for the purchases they allow.
Virtual currency and items
Gems, gold, cards, packs and other items are a licence to use content inside the game. They have no value in real money, cannot be exchanged for money or transferred outside the game, and are not personal property. Prices are always shown in real money in the Google Play purchase sheet before you pay. Rewarded ads are optional: the reward is given when the ad is completed and, like other items, has no money value.
Random packs and odds
Some packs contain random cards. The odds of every rarity are shown in the shop before you buy, and each pack has a guarantee that is also shown. Random packs are not sold for money in countries where that is not allowed. Where the law forbids prizes for completing sets of items obtained from paid random packs, sets in the game give no prize.
Purchases and right of withdrawal
Purchases are made and charged by Google Play. If you are a consumer in the European Union, the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase; when you buy digital content, the game asks you to tick a box to request immediate delivery and to acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the content is delivered. This does not affect your rights if the content is faulty or not as described. Refunds are requested through Google Play (https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2479637) or by writing to tagongo@gmail.com. Mandatory consumer rights of your country are never limited.
Online play and fair play
VEIL DUEL, the online card duels, is a free, friendly mode with no ranking and no prizes in money or in kind. You agree not to cheat: no modified or automated game clients, no exploiting bugs, no interfering with other players or with the service, and no attempts to access data that is not yours. The game detects inconsistent matches: they are cancelled without a winner. We may suspend or block online play for an anonymous ID involved in cheating or abuse, without affecting the rest of the game. Your display name must not contain your real name or contact details, insults or hate, or impersonate another person; we may reset names that break these rules, and you can report a name to tagongo@gmail.com.
Availability of the online service
The online service is provided "as is" and "as available". It may be interrupted, limited, changed or ended at any time (for example for maintenance, capacity or security), and matches may be lost. When it is not available you can still duel the practice rivals. We will give reasonable notice before ending the online service when we can.
Liability
The limitation of liability in the general Terms applies. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.
Suspension and termination
You can stop playing at any time and delete your data from Settings. We may end your licence if you seriously breach these Terms; items obtained by cheating may be removed.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the place where the developer is established, and its courts have jurisdiction, unless the mandatory consumer-protection law of your country gives you the protection of its laws or the right to go to court where you live.
